Talent Assessment and Interviewing

Since February 2017, I've been interviewing and assessing candidates based on the various requirements our processes have.

I also manage a team of recruiters and check with the training and quality team to ensure all checkpoints are updated and regularly met.

Training

I was responsible for briefing the new hires on their onboarding day before handing them over to my team for their training sessions.

I had to keep track of their progress during training and report it back to the management

conduct skip level One on Ones with the trainees and associates in OJT in order to address issues with the training methodology, trainer, transport, facility etc.
